Cancelling a subscription
On your iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Who Knows Who › Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restoring a purchase
Open the app, go to the Premium screen and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
The other phone cannot join my room
Room codes are four letters and expire ten minutes after the room is created. Check that both phones are online and that the code was typed exactly — there is no letter O or I in a code, so what looks like one is a zero or a one. If the code has expired, create a new room.
I ran out of free games
The first three games are free. After that a subscription unlocks unlimited play in every mode and removes the ads.
Questions do not load
The question bank is downloaded, so the app needs a connection the first time you play. If it stays empty, close the app fully and reopen it.
