Email cagdas@wpcenter.io and you will get a reply, usually within a day. Tell us what the recording was and what you expected to hear. That is almost always enough to work out what happened.

The result does not sound much different

How much a recording improves depends on what is on it. Steady noise, such as fans, air conditioning, traffic, wind and hiss, comes out very well. Several people talking at once is much harder, for this app and for every other one: deciding which voice is the one to keep is a different problem from removing noise, and no single-microphone tool solves it. Check that Strength is on Maximum (the default), and if it still sounds the same, the recording may already have been fairly clean.

I bought Pro but it says I have not

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still does not come back, email us and include the date of purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AI Video & Audio Noise Remover → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Apple handles all refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does my audio get uploaded?

No. Noise removal runs entirely on your iPhone and works with no network connection at all. The app only sends anonymous usage counts, never your audio or video. See the Privacy Policy.

What formats can I save?

Audio as M4A or WAV. Video comes back as MP4 with the original picture untouched: only the audio track is replaced, so nothing is re-encoded and the quality is exactly what you shot.
