Purchases through the App Store are governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies in full. This page covers what is specific to this app.
Pro
Listening to a cleaned result is free and always will be. The first file you clean can also be saved and shared for free. After that, Pro unlocks saving and sharing.
- Lifetime: a single payment. Nothing renews.
- Yearly: renews once a year until cancelled.
- Weekly: renews every week until cancelled.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours of the renewal. Manage or cancel at any time in Settings on your device; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Prices are shown in your local currency on the paywall before you buy.
Refunds
Apple handles all refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but if something is not working, write to us and we will try to fix it.
What the app does and does not promise
Noise removal is best-effort. How much a recording improves depends on what is on it: steady noise like fans, traffic and hiss comes out very well, while several people talking at once is much harder for any tool, including this one. We do not guarantee a particular result, which is why you can hear the result in full before paying anything.
Keep your originals. The app writes new files rather than replacing anything, but no software is perfect and a backup costs nothing.
Acceptable use
Use the app on recordings you have the right to use. Do not use it to process material you are not permitted to have, and do not attempt to redistribute or resell the app itself.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost recordings, lost time, or other indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
